What the job is

Hospitality team member covers bar, food service, housekeeping, reception and events. It is the quickest apprenticeship on this site to start and complete, and it teaches skills every employer values: dealing with people, working at pace, handling money and solving problems in real time.

Progression is unusually fast in hospitality because the industry promotes internally. Supervisors and managers in their early twenties are entirely normal.
